Cloud World Forum 2012 - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This scheme is open to Cloud World Forum 2012 delegates who are resident in the UK and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Rise are not eligible for the prize draw.
  2. To Participate: By completing the competition flyer, you are eligible for participation. Please accept these terms and conditions to be entered into the prize draw. Rise is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Rise reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Timing: The competition runs from 12th June 2012 to 13th June 2012 (inclusive). Entries received after this date will be ineligible for the prize draw.
  4. Selection of Winner: Winners will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email or phone by 22nd June 2012.
  5. Prize: The prize is a Samsung, 46-inch 3D Full HD SMART TV with wi-fi. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  6. Other: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Rise' decision shall be final. Rise reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this scheme at any time without further notice.
